The manager’s name is Felix and he’s great. I had a situation once that occurred and he handled it right away and helped me out. He cares for the residents and is good at his job. I give 5 stars for Felix!”

“We lived here since my wife, a student of ASU found this a convenient location. Moreover the complex offered swimming pool as well as a park area within. But our experience was enhanced due to the excellent community and we ended by making some good friends here. A multi-cultured environment, close to ASU and good for students as well as parents with kids. Moreover, having some bad experiences at other apartments, we found this to be homely primarily because we felt looked after. So kudos to the whole team!

“Aerli with another lady helped me and my family move in, keys in hand same day. Big help pushing the process through. Apartments are clean, AC works great. Really like the kitchen appliances and counter tops. Office people were real helpful, kind, and on it for us. For Halloween they gave all the kids candys and chocolate. Management and the staff are great here. Really interactive with tenants.

But my review would not be complete without mentioning the maintenance guy Randy. He is just an exceptional worker, and someone well respected by all tenants, purely because of his hard work and always a helping hand. Hardly did I ever catch him taking a break. One can observe see him day in and out and on weekends too, working just to make sure everything from apartment maintenance, ACs, Heating units, door knobs, and anything and everything you can possibly wreck, he’ll just fix. I must mention that the 1.5 years we lived there, I would always catch him cleaning the pool early in the morning every single day – and they were sparkling clean, something my kids and the whole community enjoyed.

“I’ve been living in Rise Skyview for almost 4 years and I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful place to live. I have a beautiful clean apartment and the most phenomenal management team that I could ever ask for. I would definitely recommend Rise Skyview to anybody looking for a wonderful place to live!! In addition I want to give a huge shout out to Lee Archer!! Not only is he super friendly, he always comes out when I need him in a timely manner and does a wonderful job and always make sure everything is fixed. I just can’t thank him enough. Lee, you’re the best!!”

And then later even after work hours, he’d still be handling tough chores in the Arizona heat. The place was spot on, clean and managed just because of that one guy! Never was there any pending maintenance issue during our stay. A through gentleman and the management should really be proud of their star! Not taking away anything from the management, but Randy is the reason that I highly recommend the place and give Rise at the Retreat a 5 out of 5!”

“Everyone who works here are just so amazing, from the ladies up front to the maintenance crew. Malikia and Brejana are always on top of things and will really advocate for you. You never walk into the front office and the “vibe” is off; it’s always positive and you never feel like you’re just complaining because they make you feel like you matter! This is a very quiet apartment complex and they do everything they can to keep it that way. Even the neighbors are nice around here!”

He’s friendly, he’s informative, and he’s readily available if you need him. The entire complex has been painted and it looks amazing. I’m happy here!”

“I have resided at this property for 3 yrs and through the 3yrs I have seen 3 different companies takeover management. Rise Midtown has had the best results as a takeover management team. Flo and Chris with Rise Midtown management were always there for me under any circumstances. Unfortunately my elderly father grew ill and I was unable to renew my lease. I would have definitely renewed for a 4th year. I want to thank Rise Midtown for all that they have done. This is a great place to rent from!“

“I moved in around 7 years ago. I have seen several different owners come and go. I do have to say I have seen more changes around here than I care to. This time though I am seeing some good results. The pool has been kept up like never before, repairs done with in a reasonable time, etc. The biggest thing is all the big trees that the pigeons used to hang in are gone and there is no more pigeon poo all over the sidewalks that used to get tracked into the apartments. I’m hoping to renew my lease a couple more years till I retire.”

“I have been living at Rise Desert West formerly known as Brookside Apartments since 2018. This place has came a long way with New Management. We had a huge tree that had pigeon poop all the time for years and they always said they couldn’t do anything about it. New management came in and within a couple of weeks the trees were gone. They have cleaned up this place tremendously. They are actively working on trying to make this place a great place to live. I am so appreciative for all the hard work they have put in. No place is perfect so the bad reviews yeah they may be there but I’m being 100% honest and real when I tell you this is a great place to live. You’ll thank me later”

“We were hesitant to tour this property because of the low price point, but I met with Deb and had an amazing experience. We’ve been here for 3 months and so far so good. Deb is easy to talk to and gives honest information. We did talk to someone else on her day off and that person seemed withdrawn and not like she wanted to be there. I’m giving a 5 star rating only because of the customer service and experience we’ve had living here. I won’t deduct a star just because someone else had a bad day or doesn’t like their job.”

“Just moved in a few days ago and I am very satisfied. Had a few hiccups upon moving in but it was all addressed within a few hours by the emergency maintenance. The unit I moved into was practically completely redone a few weeks prior to me getting settled in. Bani, the property manager was very responsive and made the leasing process very easy. Neighbors are very friendly and the location can’t be beat. I’m right next door to every kind of store, very convenient. The grounds are pretty awesome as well and maintained.
