Cindy brings over 25 years of Property Management experience, 18 of which were at the Regional Management level and above. She has worked in all phases of property management with both owner and fee managed assets, new construction/development and lease up. She is a solutions-oriented leader who prides herself on growing her teams as well as property cashflow, because the onsite teams are what make the properties a place that residents want to call home.
Most of Cindy’s experience has been managing value-add/renovation properties where she worked in several capacities from Asset Management, Regional Management to Vice President of Operations, has worked for owner/managers, as well as institutional clients. She has had a hand in the successful management of 100’s of assets throughout her career that were improved through renovations, rebrand, and repositioning in the marketplace. Cindy has also worked with LIHTC income restricted housing to Luxury Class A buildings like One Uptown in Dallas Texas where she was involved from the development phase through lease up and stabilized management.
Cindy has an extensive breadth and depth of experience at many levels in property management and was most recently responsible for oversight of 13,500 multifamily units with over 150 properties in several US markets in her position as Vice President of Portfolio Operations, with 7 Regional Managers reporting directly to her, and over 200 employees site employees.
Cindy has a proven track record of success in increasing the bottom-line of properties under her management, while building a fun and energetic culture in which employees thrive and grow within their own careers and as a cohesive group of team players.
As President of Rise 48 Communities, she with her other corporate team members will build and grow onsite teams that exceed expected results and create a work culture that others in the industry want to be a part pf.
